These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ProfitPins.
Using ProfitPins
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use ProfitPins only in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant ProfitPins permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and to perform the actions you request.
Pinterest and third-party services
Connected services are governed by their own terms and policies. You authorize ProfitPins to access and publish through connected accounts only when you direct us to do so. Availability may depend on third-party APIs and approvals.
Acceptable use
Do not use ProfitPins to violate intellectual-property rights, distribute unlawful or deceptive content, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or abuse Pinterest or other third-party platforms.
Service availability
ProfitPins is currently in private preview. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued. The service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProfitPins is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party services.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risks, legal requirements, or violations of these terms. You may stop using ProfitPins and request account deletion at any time.
